Patti Smith Excellent Customer Service

I went in for a slow leak on my rear passenger side tire it had a nail on the sidewall deemed un repairable warranty denied due to low thread. Patti Smith was able to get the tire replaced as a one time courtesy by the warranty co. Patti went the extra mile to help and I’m very very grateful. This was excellent service I want to commend her for what she did. She also stayed after her shift to ensure the job was done, she’s the best customer service person I ever met.

Nice staff but excessive inquires

Rich was nice and made the process easier. It was a business purchase so I understand the hiccups. I expressed how important my credit was for a future home purchase. Yet, no one told me they would do 8 inquiries; I did not appreciate that.
