A Process Improvement Manager - Planning is responsible for creating strategic readiness within our planning processes by identifying, prioritizing, and executing improvement opportunities identified through current and future market conditions and evolving technologies. This role manages and supports planning processes for our 12k retailer partners and planning teams. This role is a part of the Customer Growth Strategy Team.
Here's more of what you will do (OK, not all in one day!)
Leads the continuous improvement of Andrews' planning processes by proactively thinking across related processes, understanding needs and process dependencies, while making recommendations on how to overcome challenges and leverage opportunities.
Leads the continuous improvement of customer planning processes, understands process dependencies, data and technology needs and constraints.
Understands customer planning needs at both a strategic and tactical level to create new and better ways for the organization to be successful.
Distills big picture intent into tactical requirements and implementation plans.
Makes sense of complex, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively problem solve. Looks at complex issues from many angles, to obtain a rich and deep understanding; swiftly cuts to the core issue, while skillfully separating root causes from symptoms.
Assesses the impact of changes across all planning processes and quantifies the ROI.
Communicates prioritized changes to all stakeholders clearly and transparently.
Consults with business partners across the organization to understand all planning processes and focus on improvement opportunities until resolution.
Drives collaborative efforts to ensure alignment and delivery of process outcomes. Builds, maintains, and updates process maps, supporting documentation and related collateral.
Creates and delivers presentations to Leadership and other stakeholders.
Leads Customer Planning projects that follow through on committed process changes, while collaborating with stakeholders to develop change management plan to achieve desired outcomes.
Builds mutual trust and facilitates collaboration among team members to bridge functional silos. Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders. Provides guidance so others understand the needs of different stakeholders and can balance them appropriately
Manages and maintains process development roadmaps, timelines, and backlogs by prioritizing and scheduling requested improvements.
Coordinates project activities, enrolls team members as necessary in support of achieving project requirements.
Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success or failure.
Identifies and evaluates risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate; develops, aligns, and implements solutions to overcome obstacles as required.
Delivers baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate and track the realization of business benefits.
Negotiates and resolves problems and escalates as required.
Collaborates with the PMO team to ensure best practices are followed and in alignment with standard company practices.
Creates and delivers presentations to Leadership and other stakeholders to guide and influence discussions and decisions.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role
Three to Five Plus Years of Experience in Process Management, Execution, and Optimization
Advanced MS Office Suite and Technical Skills
Advanced Communication Skills; Written and Verbal Communication Skills; Previous Presentation Skills to all Levels of Management; Previous Meeting Facilitation Experience
Proven Experience Building Trust and Facilitating Collaboration Among Team Members; Ability to Bridge Functional Silos
Advanced Knowledge and Understanding of Business Principles, Practices and Procedures; Sound Business Judgement
Proven Organization, Time Management and Process Mapping Skills
Proven Change Management Leadership Skills and the Ability to Influence Others
Here's what we hope you have
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Other Related Field
Strong Understanding of the Beer and Beverage Industry
Strong Financial, Business and Analytical Acumen
Understanding of Andrew's Planning and Communication Process
Process Mapping Certifications, Project Management Experience and/or Certification
